Clothing Realm - Return and Refund Policy
Effective Date: 1 April, 2025
Due to the customized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds. Each item is made to order and personalized according to the specific preferences of our customers. As a result, these items are classified as custom products and are therefore exempt from standard return policies.
To clarify, all our products begin as blank items and are customized upon request with your chosen designs. Once an item has been personalized, it cannot be resold or returned.
We kindly ask all customers to carefully choose the correct size, color, and other product details before placing their order. Please review the size guide and product descriptions thoroughly to ensure your selection matches your expectations.
However, if you encounter any issue that is clearly due to an error on our part — such as a wrong size, design, or defective product — we will fully refund your purchase. To be eligible for a refund in such cases, the product must be returned to us in an unused, untouched, and good condition.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Please be aware that the EU’s 14-day cooling-off period does not apply to personalized or made-to-order goods. As stated in EU consumer protection guidelines: “The 14-day cooling-off period doesn't apply to goods made to order or clearly personalized – such as a tailor-made suit.” Consequently, once your order has been processed and customized, it is no longer eligible for cancellation or return.
