Effective April 1, 2025, Clothing Realm produces made-to-order, personalized products. As such, returns and refunds are not accepted for items unless there is an error on our part.

Please double-check all selections (size, color, product details) before finalizing your order. We recommend reviewing the size guide and product descriptions to avoid mistakes.

Exceptions: If you receive an incorrect, defective, or misprinted item due to our error, we will issue a full refund. The product must be returned unused and in good condition to qualify.

Note: The EU 14-day cooling-off period does not apply to personalized or made-to-order goods in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.
