Returns Policy

Effective June 10, 2024, Clothing Realm allows returns within 30 days of purchase for items in new, unused condition with original tags. Email support@clothingrealm.com for an RMA number and mail returns with proof of purchase. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges and are advised to use a trackable method. Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receiving the item, and may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement. Sale items are final and cannot be returned; for defective products, contact customer service.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

We can ship to virtually any address in the UK.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.
